Service Bookings & Quotes

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the initial site assessment
• We offer free site visits and measurements at no obligation
• Same-day or emergency service availability is subject to technician availability

Service Delivery

Fusion Goal will make every reasonable effort to deliver services at the agreed time. However, we cannot guarantee punctuality in circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or emergencies.

• You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the service area
• Any items, furniture, or fixtures that need to be moved prior to service are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed
• Our team will take reasonable care of your property and will clean the workspace upon completion

Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your service quotation. By default:

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a deposit or staged payment has been agreed in writing
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments
• All invoices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to additional charges at our discretion

Detailed invoices will be provided for all completed services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, particularly where materials have been procured or travel has been arranged
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of technician unavailability or unforeseen circumstances; we will notify you as soon as possible

Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Unless stated otherwise in writing:

• Installation services (curtains, flooring, ceilings, shades): 30-day workmanship warranty
• AC maintenance and repair: 30-day warranty on parts replaced and labour performed
• Plumbing services: 30-day workmanship warranty on completed repairs
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference after our service
• Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are passed on to you where applicable

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Qatar, Fusion Goal shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website
• Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your property that were not disclosed to us before work commenced
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property
